Podcast Interview

🎉Exciting news from the world of astrophysics!

Researchers from the North American Nanohertz Observatory for Gravitational Waves (NANOGrav) have provided compelling evidence for the existence of gravitational waves with oscillation periods ranging from years to decades. This groundbreaking discovery, based on 15 years of data, opens a new window into our understanding of the universe.

The NANOGrav Collaboration, comprising over 190 researchers, observed pulsars in our Galaxy, uncovering deviations consistent with low-frequency gravitational waves as predicted by Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity.

This finding could offer insights into phenomena like the merging of massive black holes in distant galaxies.

Stay tuned for more updates on this incredible breakthrough! 🌌🚀
